Level 2 Coaching Team

These Coaches effectively observe and analyse,  plan sessions, understand anatomy and physiology, strength training, development of power teaching technique.

Level 1 Coaching Team

Coaching skill to a level where the major emphasis is on the ‘how to coach’ skills rather than the ‘what to coach’ skills. At Level 1 a coach is qualified and insured to coach under the supervision of an athletics coach qualified to Level 2 or above.
